One of my favorite things about the summer time is making a fresh jug of lemonade or sweet tea, the problem with that is you HAVE to put in a good amount of sugar just to get that perfect flavor. I saw a video that jounalist Lisa Ling did on the NECTRESSE™ Sweetener and I just KNEW I had to give it a try. When I tried it out for myself, I was happy to find that Splenda has come up with a guilt free solutiion to your sweetener problems.
Usually when I've tried sweetner's in the past there is always an awkward after taste, however, when I tried the NECTRESSE™Sweetener I didn't have this problem and my sweet tea was able to keep it's BOLD refreshing flavor. The key is that NECTRESSE™ Natural No Calorie Sweetener is made from REAL fruit, Monk fruit, and is actually 150 times sweeter than sugar. It's great because it can be used in cooking and baking also. And since it has ZERO calories per serving, you can now make your favorite treats and drinks without the pesky aftermath of guilt.
Since I WANT you to try this out for yourself and see just how amazing the NECTRESSE™ Sweetener tastes I'm going to provide YOU with a link so you can get a FREE sample of NECTRESSE™Sweetener. Also I'll even add one of my favorite tea recipes that you can try it out with.
This recipe makes 2 servings.

At the end of the day you can still eat a lot of the foods you love and be healthy, the key it to make wise substitutions and remember to that moderation is KEY.
