As you get older you should constanty be looking at new ways to better yourself and improve your health and wellness. I recently came across a really cool site called My Well-Being, which is actually done by Humana, that provides tons of information on health, financial independence and more. Since I wanted to find out more about the site indepth, I signed up and they actually gave me a free book. In my journey perusing the site, I loved that in addition to providing serveral types of information, the My Well-Being site also gives you tools like the iTriage Symptom Checker which is a great app that helps you narrow down what may be going on with you based on your symptoms. I thought that was such a neat tool to offer, but you must remember that nothing can replace going to the doctor. Another great tool they offer is the Coping University, which gives you dail tips to help reduce stress… who DOESN’T need that?
To me we can ALL use a little help gaining more balance in our lives, so this seems like a great guide for doing that. Let me know how you all like it when your sign up!
