2 Guns Movie Review by Da Vinci #2Guns
I have to admit when I initially saw the trailers for 2 Guns I was torn, I wasn’t sure if it was supposed to be a comedy or action film… turns out it’s both :). At the end of the day you can’t fail with logic like, when Denzel does a movie YOU GO WATCH IT, lol. I’m absolutely glad I got a chance to watch 2 Guns, Dante and I both thoroughly enjoyed it.
2 Guns takes you through the intricate plots of the drug world, CIA, military and much more. The cast is amazing from Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg to Paula Patton, James Marden, Bill Paxton and more. Bobby Trench a DEA Agent played by Denzel Washington is working with Marcus Stigman to bring down a mexican drug cartel, they soon find that the world of drugs they thought they knew is something much bigger than them both. I definitely don’t want to giveaway any spoiler… so we’ll leave it there 😉
2 Guns is a good choice for a date night or something to see with the friends, definitely not family friendly. I think it’s best to go into this flick with an open mind and allow Denzel and Mark to crack you up…. which they will.
