Spicing Up My Home With Sauder Furniture: Let’s Decorate!
When you move into a new home you have so many grand plans of how you want to put everything together but sometimes it just doesn’t follow through. I’ve been planning to buy a new tv and tv stand for a few months but procrastination got the best of me, when I found out about this opportunity to check out Sauder furniture the timing was right. I also received further confirmation when my neighbor said she had just been checking out a Sauder tv stand for her place too.
For me, shopping for furniture needs to be an easy, deliverable and online experience. I loved being able to log onto the Sauder website and separate my options by color, tv size, room space and more!
Making My Selection
I knew that I wanted a black tv stand and something big enough to fit a 42 inch tv. Check out the image below to see how I was able to narrow my selection.
I loved the look of the Highboy Tv Stand because I could use it in my living room or bedroom if I wanted to,so I clicked on it to see a bigger image, once I read over the specifications I knew it was the one for me so I added it to my cart and off to checkout I went. The checkout process is very easy, and I loved being able to have it delivered right to my front door. It took about 1 week for me to receive my Tv Stand and than after that I recruited Dantè to help me put it together, lol.
Putting It Together
Now that I had Dantè there to help me out, the first thing we did was pull all the pieces out and see if it included the tools necessary to get the job done.
I was pleased to see it had everything we needed and that the directions looked pretty easy to follow. I would recommend having a longer Phillips screwdriver on hand though, this will make a few of the longer screws easier to screw in.
We timed the process and it took us about 3 hours to put everything together, this included eating pizza and watching tv as we went… also we had to borrow the longer screw driver from a neighbor, lol.
Overall I was very pleased with the finished product and Dantè agreed that it wasn’t hard to put together at all. Check out the finished piece below 🙂
