The best think you can do is to educate yourself about the risk factors and do everything you can to make your baby’s sleep environment is safe and uncluttered. Make sure you share this information with any one who will be watching your baby. Also, make sure you share this information with anyone who will be having a baby in the future. The more parents and family we educate, the fewer babies will suffer from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
