Your Life After 25 has been a dream that was a long time coming. I remember being 17 and saying “I want to start an online magazine for women”, it was always my desire to help people in my own way. Even way back then, when I had no knowledge of what it took to be an entrepreneur I had a dream and vision. I can definitely relate to the many struggling entrepreneurs that have so many ideas and not enough capital to bring those innovations to fruition.  That’s why when I heard about Comcast Business’ I4E (Innovations 4 Entrepreneurs) Contest, I knew it was something that you all needed to hear about.  We have a wide range of readers that include women in business, moms in business, dads in business, the list goes on and if we can help provide information that may empower your business and innovation goals, we’ll know we’re doing our job right!

The Comcast Business I4E (Innovations 4 Entrepreneurs) Contest was launched on February 1st but entries can be submitted online via http://cbcommunity.comcast.com/i4e by March 12, 2016.  The I4E contest invites applicants across the county to share with Comcast how YOU will best invest $30,000 into technology to grow your business.  And if you have one of the best entries, you will be eligible to win the $30,000 to implement your ideas. Amazing right? But it gets better, although there is a $30k grand prize there are still several other chances for you to try to win. There will actually be 30 regional winners that will be announced on April 25th. One Startup (in business less than 2 years) and One Entrepreneur (in business more than 2 years) in each of the 15 Comcast Business regions will win a $10,000 cash award and will also be eligible for the Grand Prize!

The Grand prize winners will receive an additional $20,000 cash award as well as a specially-designed daylong event at Comcast Headquarters in Philadelphia. They will meet with expert teams on topics like business planning, funding, financials, operations, and marketing – to strategize for their business. Which is awesome, having proper guidance is just as valuable as the money you will need to invest.
