J-lo, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Kim K, and Cardi B. Love them or hate them, they have beautiful figures. Ones that have to take a lot of work (and work) to get to. From squats to buttock filler augmentation – how do you get a pert booty to rival theirs?

Of course, working out would be the best way to get a perky butt. But there are a few types – so you can choose the one you like the most. It is better to mix it up to make sure you are working on more than one muscle group.
Single-leg glute bridge – lay on your back, with your knees bent and both feet flat on the floor. Extend one leg. Squeeze those glutes, and tilt your hips towards the ceiling, count to five, then lower your butt until it’s just above the floor. Repeat without touching the floor to be counted as one rep. Intense but worth it.
Lunges – Your standard lunges, across your living room will do the trick.
Squats – add some zest to your squats. Start with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointed outwards and make sure you have your balance. Lift your right heel, and begin to ease yourself into a squat position slowly. Tense your core to help you keep balance. Return to standing, lower your heel, and swap sides.
Walking is excellent for toning your butt too, up and down stairs or just a good old walk around a large park once a day.
