The Bachelor 2011 Season Finale: Brad Womack Chooses… Emily or Chantal?

Well after a LONG whirlwind season of The Bachelor, it seems our Bachelor Brad Womack has finally found his leading lady. For those of you who guessed he would choose Emily… You were RIGHT! I loved Emily from the beginning but worried her having a child may be too much for him. It was truly sad to watch Chantal go home but I can say that I knew Brad was crazy about Emily earlier on… their kissing seemed the most sensual and honestly he seemed most nervous about what his family may think about her having a child. After she won his mother over in the home town date I KNEW it was a done deal.

Congratulations to Brad Womack and Emily Maynard on their engagement!.. or is that too soon?

So… in true Bachelor tradition we got to watch after the final rose… and it seems a TON has happened since that teary and heartfelt proposal. In positive news Chantal has kinda moved on and is dating someone new. However, the happy couple… Brad and Emily, haven’t just been living in sweet pre-marital bliss. It seems the two broke up one already AND they were supposed to get married on the day that this after the final rose was taped. However, in all real relationships there are going to be ups and downs and bumpy paths… But despite all the tabloids and trials they’re still together and seem to be pretty happy…. It was quite disheartening to hear Emily would not be ready to move to Texas… but the fact is this is reality. The pressure of the show definite has taken it’s toll on the relationship, not sure they’ll stay together, but I hope they can work it out.

I guess we’ll have to just wait and see where this all goes…
