Keep Healthy & Fit With 100% Orange Juice
This post brought to you by Florida Orange Juice. All opinions are 100% mine.
We live in a society that is so fast paced that from time to time we ALL let our health slack. Not everyone loves eating vegetables and not everyone can remember to take their vitamins daily, including me, lol… but an EASY way to stay fit, healthy and that tastes YUMMY is eating fruit or drinking juice.
I happen to LOVE orange juice. I’m constantly working on the site, tweeting and now in our new community that I like things to be just a tad simpler sometimes. Well there’s nothing easier than walking to the fridge and pouring yourself a glass of OJ. There are so many perks to drinking Florida Orange Juice that it’s kind of a no brainer.
Did You Know…
One 8â€ounce serving of 100 percent orange juice is a good source of potassium and folate and an excellent source of vitamin C.
–These are three important nutrients that are under consumed in the United States, according to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
or that
One serving of 100 percent orange juice is more nutrient dense than many commonly-consumed 100 percent fruit juices.
– A refreshing glass of 100 percent orange juice has no added sugars or artificial sweeteners, which may be found in many fruit juice cocktails and sports drinks.
Those facts alone should be enough to make you want to drink more OJ in your diet and find other simpler ways to stay healthy and fit too. We’re not saying it’s easy BUT it’s a necessity that we have to try our best with.

I tend to love making fruit smoothes when I have the time, it’s a great way to get everything blended in one yummy treat. Another great drink to consider for cold mornings or in the winter would be the Hot Orange Juice Sipper.
