Summer Looks For Hot Moms and Moms to Be

Just because you’re a mom or an expecting mom, doesn’t mean you have to renounce being fashionable. Au contraire, you should make your kids proud, by looking ravishingly. It’s quite clear that moms don’t have much time to spruce up every time they walk out the house. In those moments, you’re thinking about thousands of other things (will your child be prepared, will you bring food, can you remove stains from a white t-shirt, etc.). So, having in mind all the physical and psychological challenges of being a mom or carrying a baby inside your belly, we’ll help you to find your own summer hot style.

Swaying on the sun

Summer is here and moms really don’t have to handle the heat and the shouting and screaming all day long. We can help you with the heat. Wearing simple easy-breezy summer dresses is the best gift you can give yourself this summer. Length down to your knees will be enough to show a little skin and at the same time to be able to do all the “mom-duties” like picking your kid up when he falls, banding over to tie his shoe, and all stuff like that. Make sure you feel comfortable in your dress, and you may accomplish that by opting for flowy and not tight dress.

Maxi style, maxi comfort

Maxi dresses are the best for both mothers and expecting mother. They are style in all their glory, and the best thing about them? They’re effortlessly fashionable. Maxi dress is more than perfect for mother-to-be as it can usually be worn after the baby is born. It’s not one of those items you simply outgrow or it “outgrows” you, but it is one of those items you can wear for a long time, and by adding different accessories or even jackets and cardigans, you can create a whole different look with it.

Oh boy!

There is nothing that is saying “hot mama” as a pair of boyfriend jeans. They are like a magical powder of subtle style every mom deserves to have. Of course, if you are an expecting mom it can be a little more complicated to acquire a pair of them and why waste money, when after your labor two moms will fit in those pants? Don’t worry though, you don’t have to spend a lot of money, you can shop for cheap maternity clothes, you won’t be able to wear later.

Comfy tops

Now, you’ll need something to pair up with your “boyfriend jeans”. Shirts, t-shirts and tunics will be perfect for the job. Treat yourself with a couple (it’s never enough) of loose-fitting tanks; the more colors on them, the better. It is summer, after all. You should also acquire at least one tunic, they’ll make your life a whole lot of easier, as they are slightly longer than regular shirts, and you’ll be able to perform all that picking up mothers usually do. It’s similar with A-line tops, they’re comfy, practical and fashionista mom’s paradise.

Something to throw over

Summer evenings can get a little colder than we expected, and sometimes for that or some other reason you’ll need some covering up of your bare shoulders. Though good old cardigans are still a great option and denim buttoned down shirt may do the trick, there is a new fashionably-throw-over guy in town – a kimono. You can just throw it over an ordinary t-shirt if you have to run out the house for some grocery shopping or similar, and voila: utterly stylish mom! Some major “mom” pluses: they are oversized, comfortable, lightweight, trendy and functional.

So, dress up mom, it isn’t that hard. Moms too should have passion for fashion because there are plenty ways to become a master instead a slave of trends.
