When it comes to living a healthier life, what we eat plays a major role.  With all the junk or fast food options out there it can be easy to fall prey to the ease of those options. When I heard about the Isobag, the first thing that came to my mind was this is AWESOME for meal prep! Meal Planning:

When it comes to eating healthy, one of the best ways to do that is plan ahead.  Often times we don’t like to think about cooking a healthy meal each day, or it can be hard to find healthy options when we’re out and about.
