I can’t tell you how sad I am that football season is almost over. For me sitting in front of the game with a nice cold drink and delicious slice of DIGIORNO® pizza. With dough that rises to crust perfection, toppings you can’t get enough of and a mouthwatering aroma you’ll crave, DIGIORNO pizza comes out of your oven ready to serve in about 20 minutes. For me, eating great food with a great game while I yell at my tv just spells relaxation.

Have A Theme: Since we’re talking game day, it would be fun to have all your guests come in their favorite team’s colors or jerseys.  That will really get the rivalry and trash talk going lol.

Create A Guest List: The right guest list for any party is important because you want the chemistry to be right and the party to flow naturally.

Plan Your Menu: For game day parties the menu is pretty relaxed but it has to be GOOD food. Wings, sliders, etc are all great ideas and I would also recommend stocking up on a variety of DIGIORNO® pizzas that way you can just pop them in the oven and keep them coming for your guests. As we all know there are plenty of wrong calls made during the football season, but there’s one thing you can always count on as the right call to make on game day: DIGIORNO® pizza.

Will There Be Games: Another way to keep the party live is with games, you can play quick games during commercials or halftime.  Trivia, competitive games, and drinking games all work well and keep the ice broken.

Consider Gift Bags: If you’re like me, you love leaving an impression with your guests.  I love doing small gift bags that are theme oriented. I tend to like edible gifts; candies, cookies, etc.

Hopefully our tips have inspired you and will help you get your game day party plans well on the way.  For more tips on how to #maketherightcall, or to view the “Typical Game Day Party Guests” video series, visit the DIGIORNO® Twitter page @DiGiornoPizza or Youtube.com/DiGiornopizzas.
