Book Review: WELLTH by Jason Wachob + Book Giveaway
Sponsored by Harmony Books

We live in a society that places so much value on money and correlates financial wealth with happiness. As I’ve lived more of my life after 25, I’ve started to realize that I’m less worried about accumulating things and money and more interested in improving my quality of life and experiencing more. Last year I made a decision to travel as much as a I can, possibly even once a month… This newfound way of thinking has even made me consider getting a tiny house LOL. When I was given the opportunity to review Wellth by Jason Wachob, I honestly thought… “I guess this is another life coach and their views on life, lol” I didn’t mean anything by it, just that I was used to that same familiar tone or type of book. However, as I started reading my copy of “WELLTH”, I quickly saw how different this perspective is. The title of the book definitely grabbed me and once I saw Jason’s definition of “WELLTH” it really resonated with my current mindset.

WELLTH takes you on a full journey of self care, from considering how you eat and work to thinking about how you Love, Heal or Laugh. I know I’m not satisfied with just making money and working to live. I want to truly live my life, experience new things and have no regrets! Life is too short to not enjoy it. The WELLTH chapters give detailed information on how to add value to your life, the chapters are as follows; Eat. Move. Work. Believe. Explore. Breathe. Connect. Love. Heal. Thank. Ground. Live. Laugh. Not only will you receive Jason Wachob’s unique perspective, you’re also receiving tips and quotes from trusted experts. I really feel like I read this book at the perfect time in my life. As I continue to think about what WELLTH means to me, I’ve already looked into ways to change my diet and what grounds my life and how to move forward with my brand in a way that will allow me to explore and laugh more with you all.
