Also, try to establish a time only to answer emails and one hour for calls and meetings. This way, you can get more work done in less time.

  • Eat right and sleep well

A diet low on sugar and high in proteins will help you to keep focused and have more energy to keep going. Also, if you’re not sleeping, you should – that’s the time when your body is recovering from everything it went through during the day.

  • Breathe

Of course you know the importance of breathing, but when you’re under pressure, take some time of deep breathing to restore some balance. Inhale for five seconds, hold for another 5, and then exhale in 5 seconds. This will help you focus – and not get stressed again.

  • Keep track of everything

Getting stressed might have some other reasons besides just work.
