Meal Prep Just Got Easier With Johnsonville Flame Grilled Chicken!
It’s no secret that weight management becomes just a little harder in your life after 25. Recently I was discussing weight loss goals with friends and the hardest part for all of us was how we eat. I’m not ashamed to admit that I really love food and sometimes it’s a crutch but I know I have to work on changing my habits. After speaking with friends I know I’m not alone, many of us want to find easier ways to do meal prep and that’s why I was really excited about Johnsonville NEW Flame Grilled Chicken!
We all know Johsonville for their sausage but now they’re expanding into the chicken market and doing it right. Each Johnsonville Flame Grilled Chicken pack comes with 3 individually wrapped chicken. The chicken pieces fully cooked, whole-muscle, and chicken breast meat. You can choose from a variety of flavors, the chicken has been seasoned with dry rubs; Garlic & Herb, Teriyaki, Black Pepper & Sea Salt, Southwestern and Honey Mustard.
I loved how easy they are to prepare, since they’re fully cooked it doesn’t take long at all. You can put them in the oven, cook on stovetop or pop it in the microwave which takes less than 2 minutes. I tried the oven and microwave methods so you can see the difference, both were equally juicy. Johnsonville Flame Grilled Chicken is perfect for meal prep, and since there’s a variety of flavors you won’t feel like you’re eating the same thing each day. Each chicken breast is 3 ounces, 80-130 calories and offers 18 grams or more of protein. Johnsonville Flame Grilled Chicken would be great as your entree, in a salad, wrap, added to a soup, and more. In fact I had a vegetarian soup that I had previously made and just chopped these up and added them to it to give it pizzazz.
Meal prep or easy meals don’t have to be difficult and Johnsonville Flame Grilled Chicken is showing us just that. It’s also good to not that the chicken is sourced from U.S.-based poultry farms and the product is manufactured in the Midwest. With a little more discipline, exercise and planning my meals I think I’ll be able to get into a comfortable and healthier routine. At the end of the day Johnsonville Flame Grilled Chicken is also a great way to cook for just yourself, a couple or family of 3. So it’s really good for just about anyone.
