When opening your first bank account, I don’t think many of us really considered how a bank can fulfill our financial needs. Most of us were young and just excited to have an account. But as you get older and want to make better financial decisions, where you put your money matters. Whether you’re looking for a personal checking account or business account, your bank should be catering to your needs.
So… you may be asking what is my checklist of items when considering a bank? Here’s what I look for: 1. Is banking with them convenient? 2. Does this bank keep up with technological advancements? 3. How is customer service?
Recently updates were made to my personal checking account and I knew it was time to make a change. As I started my journey for a new bank, I found out that Regions Bank is expanding in Atlanta. Immediately, I had to put them to the checklist test.
Regions Bank currently operates approximately 1,469 branches and 1,899 ATMS across the South, Midwest and Texas. I loved knowing that because it checks off my convenience criteria. I also learned that Regions Bank is on a mission to make their banking experience more technologically advanced and streamlined.
In fact, all these new, innovative locations will offer the company’s most modern features to-date. Each branch will be outfitted with new technology and offer more customized personal service. This excited me because I know the new Atlanta branches will be spectacular and serve my need for ease.
In fact Regions Bank’s new state of the art features include options I’ve never seen before. From the Video Banking ATMs, which can help customers with account maintenance and general inquiries, to facial recognition and fingerprint technology for customers using safe deposit boxes. And don’t forget the DepositSmart ATMs®, which allow you to have access to your account 24/7. These nifty ATMs can accept deposits and cash checks for customers any time of the day. They’ve really thought of everything.
Last but not least, customer service is very important to me. It doesn’t matter how many bells and whistles a bank has if they don’t make me feel like a valued customer. Regions is dedicated to providing award-winning service to its customers and communities. Regions Bank has also taken to social media, @askRegions, to make customer service even more convenient and within your reach. With all these tools at hand and their dedication to customers, Regions can offer more financial insights to help customers achieve their goals. .
As you can see, Regions Bank definitely knocked my checklist out of the park. There are so many things we have to worry about day to day, where you keep your money should be the least of your worries. Regions offers a wide variety of products and services that help people focus more on life and worry less about money.
I take comfort in knowing that whether its online, through Regions mobile channels, or face-to-face in the branch, Regions Bank is committed to helping customers reach their financial goals.
