Not feeling like yourself can be down to quite a few things. Maybe you didn’t get enough sleep? Maybe you haven’t eaten in a little while? Do Something Unusual
There’s nothing quite like doing something spontaneous and out of the blue for breaking you out of a funk! If you’re sitting around at home and feeling unlike yourself, drop everything and get outside and spend some time in the garden. If you’re not really a Netflix person, why not put a movie on and get some snacks ready? And if you’re a regular gamer, put the gamepad down and try a fitness DVD instead. Just do something you don’t usually do and then see how you feel.
Talk it Out
