Change Your Commute
One of the best ways to get more exercise is to change up something about your daily life in such a way that it encourages you to be much more active. So if you normally take public transport to work, consider whether it might be possible to get on your bike instead, or even walk it. Even if you do this only once a week, it is going to help you to be more active, and you will soon notice the difference in your body as a result of making this simple change.
