My mom is so special because she has given me many opportunities like being able to go to college, etc. She always puts everyone other than herself first. She’s the best.

My mother’s been through a lot this last year. They moved in July and my father died in January. So, this would really help to raise her spirits.

She is special to me because she puts faith in GOD and always encourages me to pray when things get rough. She is loveable and always likes to give hugs and kisses. I miss my mom everyday because she lives so far away.

My mom is the most wonderful woman I know. When I was just 12 years old she was involved in a horrifc car accident with a drunk, elderly woman. She suffered massive injuries including severe burns from the exhaust of this woman’s car and had to depend on her family to care and nurture for her in her time of need. Throughout all that pain and sacrafice, she always showed us how much she loved us even if she couldn’t always be there for us in other ways. She is the most courageous and loving person I know, and has taught me much about survival and the power of love and family, she is the heroine of my heart.

My mom is special to me because she is my mother; just like your mom is special to you.

My Mother is my best friend. I could not ask for a better Mother. She is the best. She has always been there for me. We share a lot of great times together. We talk every day on the phone and see one another whenever possible.

Each year, we go on a one week vacation together, just the two of us. We always make such special memories on those occasions.

My mom is special because of the many obstacles she has overcome. She had me when she was young and at the time did not have a job. There was a time where my mom had to scrounge thee floors for spare change to get a meal for me. Just recently she sacrificed herself for my well being, whether than meant skipping her own doctors appointments to make sure I was okay (to pay the bills) or skipping meals just to feed me, she has always been by my side. Like many other, my mom has and will always be the most thoughtful person I know.

My Mom makes you feel good regardless of your situation. A hug from her makes everything alright.

My Mom is like so many other mothers that she doesn’t do nice things for herself — she always gives to the kids and grandkids first. It would be nice to have something that is just hers for a change.

Mymom is special because she was able to leave a very bad situation and take her girls and it ended up making all our lives better

My mom is incredibly generous and supportive. No matter how different our paths have been – she is always there for me and will do whatever she can to help me or my siblings. Or anyone else really. She is constantly donating her time, money and personal possessions to help others in need and I think the fact that she has 4 incredibly intelligent, well-rounded and successful children (not even including me!) is a testament to how awesome of a mother and person that she is!

Hi, my Mom recently retired and she is still doing so much, practically working a full-time job taking care of her poor adult kid who has recently had knee surgery. By that I mean taking her to doctor appointments, picking up her mail, watering her garden, taking care of her dog, cooking for her… Mom you are always there, love you, (facebook, tracy koch englert)

My mom is wonderful because she helped me when I could not take care of myself or family during cancer treatments. She stay with us for months during that year. She took my three yr old son places when I could not. I could never thank her enough

I’m entering for my dd. She is the best mom, always taking such good care of her two children, giving them plenty of attention and love. She also runs her household so well! She is truly a “domestic engineer” besides being a terrific wife and mother. She is MY inspiration!

My mom has always been there for me, she has always supported me and now in her time of need I am there for her. She has been diagnosed with early onset Alzhiemers at 57 years old. So now it is my turn to take care of her as she has me.

My mother is special because she has overcome a lot of adversity in her life. She lost her mother to cancer in her late 20′s and in her early 50′s found out she had cancer. Even with unpleasantly memories attached to the thought of cancer she is now a breast cancer survivor. My mother is special because not only has she made a huge difference in my life but in lives of hundreds of others. My mother is a teacher and has been for over 20 years. She goes the extra mile with her students as if they were family. This is why my mother is special.

My mom is an inspiration and so special to me because even though she has had Parkinson’s Disease for over 20 years she continually tries to encourage me by praising me for my accomplishments. She continually radiates HOPE that her disease will someday be cured. She models to me to always have hope and an encouraging word to share.

My Mom holds are family together while allowing her step mom and her mom in law to be the ‘center’ of the family. While we were growing up in the army. Mom made sure we knew our grandparents, aunts and uncles, and tons of cousins even thou we lived in Germany. When we got stationed state side, life did not get easier. My Mom was beside my sister during her weakest moments as well as being there me while I went to every doctor out there to figure out what was wrong. Then through surgeries to ‘fix me’ I had brain surgery for cavernous malformation when I was 15. I never knew how hard that was on my mother, until i had kids of my own. Fast Forward 20ish years. Now my Mom is still the ‘glue’. She has helped nurse her father in the last months of his life. Taken care of both her mother-in-law and step mom as they are getting older. She is a caring woman, who stays behind the scene, doing what needs to be done. Love You Mom

My mom is special because of all the battles she has overcome. She has overcome abuse and as struggled raising three girls on her own. She dedicated herself to protect us to the fullest of her abilities. She is a police officer now and continues to uphold the honor of serve and protect. She is a wonderful and fantastic woman that not only has raised her own children but also has raised one of my sisters children. In doing the things she does you will never hear her ask for anything but will always be in search of everything she can give. She works many hours and goes sometimes with very little sleep because she hears of someone in need and gives herself completely to help. All the while always being there for us girls or her family. For this I hold my mom as a precious and priceless Gem, one in which you rarely find anymore.

My mom adopted me at 3 days old and never made me feel anything but loved and wanted. I never doubted her love; I never felt less of a daughter because I am not her biological child. I would never be able to adequately thank her for my wonderful life.

with dad gone mom feels like she has no one. i try to make it down at least 2 or more times a month. she sick and just needs something to make her think she is loved. loosing dad may be her death.
