Live Life The Allstate #GoodLife Way!
This post brought to you by Allstate. All opinions are 100% mine.
Recently I came across a new site by Allstate that highlights the inportance of living a good life. In a world where fear is common and we've become numbed by tragedy in the news, sometimes it's easy to forget about all the wonderful simple things that we get to enjoy. As a blogger I spend a lot of time working on my computer and locked into this wonderful virtual world, but over time that can become monotonous and often lead to blogging overload.
When I started blogging ages ago, I did get to a point where I forgot about the fun I should be having… I'm happy to say that with Your Life After 25 I live my life with a new perspective because "believe it or not, it does go on", as part of this new thinking I make sure to go out and enjoy life away from the computer. Everyone has their own definition of success, for me it's about living a good life with finanancial, emotional, mental, etc freedom. Today I went to the park with my niece and watched as she played on the playground and then we searched for fish and turtles in the pond. Being around children always has a way of reminding you about a time when life was simpler and we were fascinated by those simple joys… so I make it a point to spend time with my nieces and nephews when I can.
I was thankful that I stumbled across the Allstate Good Life site because it was a good reminder for me to stop and smell the roses, feed the ducks and play the swings with my niece. The site has some really cool perks, tips and resources to check out also. Life is too short to not live it to the fullest, we're only promised the moment that we live in so with that said I'll leave you with my own personal motto "Choose Your Life' – Da Vinci
