When we’re worried about our business, our inclination is to double down and work even more. However, this can actually cause more problems. It can certainly cause more stress, which can have a negative impact on your ability to work well. It’s best to have cut-off times for your work, at which point you can do, well, anything else that you like. This would be a good chance to engage in some relaxing activities that can reduce your stress levels, including exercising, spending time in nature, yoga, and meditating.
