Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Strips: Making Meals Easy! Enter To Win a Williams-Sonoma® GC!

Whether you’re a mom, busy person on the go or just someone who is looking to make an easy healthy snack, we’re all looking for easier ways to make our meals. I thoroughly enjoy the cooking process but even I sometimes just want something that I can make in 30 minutes or less, knowing that it’s not going to put a ton of calories in my system, and that it leaves me feeling full. Where is this mystical food source you ask? LOL. There’s no mystery, and the good news is I’m here to share!

Recently I tried out Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Strips and found them quite delicious, but I wanted to show you a few creative ways you could use the chicken strips to help with making easy and healthy meals. So we re-purposed the Tyson® Grilled & Ready Chicken Strips 3 ways JUST for you! What’s great is each way we made it is UNDER 500 calories per serving, so you don’t have to feel guilty when you’re enjoying your meal.

I wanted to make a meals that would be perfect for all kinds of home cooks to see just how versatile Tyson® Grilled & Ready Chicken Strips are.

So I made Chicken Tacos, which would be great for any family meal, you can pair it with a Mexican rice or just do the tacos. My niece and nephews LOVED this dish and kept coming back for more.

Here’s what you’ll need:

taco shells

sour cream


diced tomatoes


shredded lettuce

Next I made a Chicken Salad, great for a quick and healthy lunch. You can use any ingredients you like of course, but I had a taste for a few things.

diced avocado

diced cucumber

diced tomatoes

grated cheese

And last but not least I wanted to make a FUN easy snack that you can make with your kids or just for yourself! Mini Chicken Pizzas! My niece had a blast helping me make these, although she kept eating the ingredients along the way lol… the price of having a 3 year old Sous Chef.
