Give The Gift Of A Family Recipe With Pompeian Label Maker: Juicy Pork Chop Recipe
Special Thanks to Pompeian for sponsoring this post.
Cooking and recipes are such a major part of holiday tradition, so when I received this opportunity from Pompeian Olive Oil to share their Label Maker I thought it was a perfect fit. I’m a person who LOVES food of course but I also love personalized gifts. The Pompeian Label Maker gave me a great idea for sharing your favorite recipes with friends and family this holiday.
Do you have a recipe that everyone raves about each year that you’re willing to share? Why not create a Pompeian label of the recipe and then give each guest their custom bottle as they leave? I decided to do a label for my Juicy Tangy Grilled Pork Chops… a hit for any dinner party, date night or family gathering.
The process was simple, you just need to have your ingredients and steps written out. I recommend something that’s easy to make and with 5 or less steps. Then you’ll also need a high quality image of for the recipe pic, you can either use an image of the food OR make it truly personal with a family picture… kind of like a holiday card :), Neat right?

Juicy Tangy Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients:
3 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoons Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 (1/2-inch) bone-in pork chops
Seasoned Salt
Black pepper
How To Make It:
Step 1: Begin by making the marinade. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, vinegar, oil, poultry seasoning and cayenne pepper flakes. Super simple, right?
Step 2: Next, sprinkle both sides of your pork chops with seasoned salt and black pepper and then place them in a re-sealable plastic bag with the marinade. Let rest on the counter for at least 1 hour.
Step 3: Heat up a grill or you can even use a grill pan (which I did) over medium heat. Be sure to prep your grill pan with the Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. *if you don’t have either one, you can always pan fry*
Step 4: Remove the pork chops from the bag and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook until the pork chop releases from the grill, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another 4 minutes. And VOILA! Juicy Tangy Pork Chops 🙂
