By taking a handle on the situation when you’re young, you can greatly avoid these jeopardies. Don’t smoke, maintain a healthy weight, be active, and monitor your cholesterol.

5. Limit the Liquor

Late nights at the bar can be fun, but it can also be hostile to your health. Never drink until you’re sick or black out. Both put you in a lot of danger. Experts recommend to have no more than six alcoholic beverages per week.

Other things that you should be doing is getting the proper seven to eight hours of sleep each night, keeping stress levels low and going to your doctor and dentist routinely.
