The Kronos American Worker 1 in one hundred million web series does a monthly highlight of everyday people’s accomplishments. At the end of the day we’re all extraordinary in our own way. That’s one of the reasons I thoroughly enjoyed each video that I’ve seen. Last month’s video was about Dana Sue Kimbal, Miner & Environmental Manager, her unique story gave us a glimpse into the harsh reality of the mining industry. This month Kronos is highlighting Troy Mitchum VP of Security at The Wynn Las Vegas. I remember my first time staying at The Wynn, it was one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed and my stay was very relaxing lol. When I think back on my time there I realize that it’s people like Troy Mitchum who help keep everything running in tip top shape. Troy has actually been with Wynn for 30 years, and was recently promoted to this job. During his journey with the company, he risen through the ranks, and has held 8 different positions. In fact, Troy Mitchum leads the security team at the Wynn, Las Vegas, which has 12,000 employees. And over 400 of them are working in the security force, which includes both humans and K-9s!
