Dancing With The Stars Season 14- Latin Night- Samba, Salsa, & Tangos
What better way is there to start Latin Night out than with Carlos Santana?
Jaleel White & Kym Johnson are up first with a Samba and it was good but I personally expected and WANTED a bit more from him. He watches her a lot so it tends to throw off his footwork. 24/30
Melissa Gilbert & Maks Chmerkovskiy follow up with their own Samba rendition, I was worried for her life since she really should be careful health-wise… with that said she was very out of rhythm but you can tell she was trying her best. 21/30
Maria Menunos & Derek Hough do the first Salsa of the night, I have to say once again I expected more… I feel like Derek danced more than Maria. 27/30
Katherine Jenkins & Mark Ballas do aTango, I have to say they were the best dance so far… the song was boring BUT their dancing was so good that you were captivated by the story their routine told. Katherine has FABULOUS legs too. 29/30
Gavin Degraw & Karina Smirnoff do a Samba, Gavin had such a good time dancing but at this point it really should be about technique also. 19/30
William Levy & Cheryl Burke do an awesome Tango, another lovely dance! I loved the song choice… it was fun, sensual, and on point. Definitely a fave for the night! 29/30
Gladys Knight & Tristan Macmanus do a Samba, I would say so far this is my favorites dance from Gladys. She’s still got some technicalities to work on but she definitely has a lot of fun out there. 22/30
Roshon Fegan & Chelsie Hightower are up next with a Salsa, he’s soooo funny and cute to watch but if he can just SLOW it down and not over dance it would be better. 26/30
Donald Driver & Peta are last for the night with an Argentine Tango, Wow, I loved their routine… Peta definitely has some moves up her sleeve and Donald kept up with her, he was soooo smooth! The transitions were very well controlled. 27/30
