1. Set Realistic Goals to Accomplish your Goal
Setting realistic goals is the first step in achieving your goals. Achieving your goal will be much easier if you set achievable goals. Setting realistic goals will help you stay motivated and keep your energy levels up. You need to feel that you are progressing and not going backward, which can happen if you set too high a goal. 2. Find the Right Sport for You
When it comes to getting into shape and meeting people through sports, you do have a lot of options. But, you’re going to need to evaluate all of your options and figure out what would be best suited for you. Ask yourself these questions before you dive into anything such as buying gear.

The gear that you wear for a sport is not just for looks. It protects you from injury and helps you perform better. The same is true for protective gear. You must have the right gear to protect your head, hands, feet and other body parts from injury.
There are different kinds of protective gear depending on the sport that you play. For example, if you play football or rugby then a helmet and mouth guard are necessary while a goalie needs to wear pads on his or her shins and chest as well as gloves on their hands to protect them from getting injured by the ball. 5. Practice Makes Progress- Build Abilities One at a Time
There are two key ingredients to building abilities in a new domain: practice and progress. The best way to build abilities in a new domain is by doing both of these things one at time: focus on one skill at a time and make small, achievable goals that give you feedback about how well you’re progressing towards your ultimate goal.
