It’s crazy to think about how January is more than halfway over.  If 2016 is anything like 2015, we know it’s going to fly by really fast.  Like me, I know many of you have goals and possible resolutions that you’re hoping to achieve.  One of the best ways to reach any goal is to have a clearly defined plan.

    Second, I have several goals myself that will help me to live a better life.

    1. I am quitting smoking, I have been smoke free since Jan 1st.
    2. Weight loss, Which is something I have struggled with since I was a kid.
    3. Get my Cholesterol Under control, I just recently found out it is high
    4. Take better care of myself mentally as well as physically, try and control my anxiety and depression better than I have and not let people around me bother me as much as they have in the past.
    5. Make 2016 to be the year for me. Its time to focus on myself for once.
